Since the weekend weather has been warmer and Thanksgiving came a little later this year, many Rutherford residents have already decorated their homes for the holidays. This year the Rutherford Recreation Department invites all residents to participate in the Holiday House Decorating Contest. By December 7th, anyone who is interested may enter their home or Rutherford business in the contest. Judging will take place on December 15, 16, and 17th between 5-8 pm. Winners will be announced on December 18th.
The categories include Best in Show, Best Use of Lights, Most Humorous, Most Festive, Best Animated/ Inflatable, and Best Storefront for Rutherford Businesses. Please see the flyer below for more specific information.
