The Borough of Rutherford has a multitude of Halloween events beginning this weekend. There are so many different organizations providing fun opportunities for everyone, including the Rutherford Police Department, Rutherford Recreation Department, and Grace Episcopal Church. Some of the activities are ongoing, such as visiting the houses on the Recreation Department's House Decorating Contest list. See below for the flyers with information about the Ragamuffin Parade, Dog Paw-rade, and two different Trunk or Treat events.
