The Center for Hope and Safety, a not-for-profit agency that has been active since 1976, aims to assist all victims of domestic violence and their children. Throughout the year, the Center has remained open throughout the pandemic for all those who have needed their services. They have continued to both fundraise and reach out to communities to raise awareness about domestic violence.
Recently, the Center for Hope and Safety began providing access to a Virtual Domestic Violence Support Group. The group will meet via zoom every Thursday evening from 6:00 pm until 7:30 pm. The meetings will provide a “safe and supportive space to connect with survivors or current victims of domestic or interpersonal violence.
For more information about this support group and to sign up, email: community@hopeandsafetynj.org or call 201-983-8251.
